WASTE MANAGEMENT
The global demand for recovering renewable energy from wastewater sources is on the rise. With this market growth and conventional energy costs on the rise, the demand for competitive local renewable bio-energy solutions becomes a sought after commodity is intensified & needed.
Recognizing and understanding this global demand, EkoTech Energy's management team, has responded to the call for environmentally protected, sustainable technology which is dedicated to refining, enhancing and meeting renewable energy demands. By aligning themselves with local and international businesses, EkoEnergy offers a wide-range of technologies, products, and services specifically aimed at the clean-tech, renewable energy and waste management sectors.
EkoTech Energy presents complete solutions designed for efficient, effective complete solutions
Landfills
Landfill biogas is naturally created through the decomposition of garbage. This decomposition generates two main gases: methane (CH4) and Carbon Dioxide (CO2). In addition, trash emits significant amounts of other gases including volatile organic compounds (VOC's). Without the proper management, these gases can have a serious negative impact on human health and the environment.
EkoTech Energy specializes in services, products and technologies for landfill owners and landfill gas-to-energy systems
Effluents
Liquid effluents from landfills are the byproduct of the decomposition of garbage. Landfills can continuously generate large amounts of this polluted effluent. This effluent usually contains harmful pollutants, which easily contaminate the environment and human health. These effluents are hazardous to nearby water sources and can easily travel into the drinking water table. Environmental agencies worldwide are beginning to control the uncontrolled disposal of these liquids near urban areas, where landfills are usually located.
EkoTech Energy specializes in Industrial Effluents and Landfill Leachate technologies.
Bio-Energy
Biomass energy is the energy contained in plants and organic matter and is one of humanity's earliest sources of energy. Today, various forms of biomass energy account for nearly 4 percent of all energy consumed in the USA and 45 percent of the renewable energy used in the USA. Biomass is used to meet a variety of energy needs, including generating electricity (large scale), heating homes (pellets), and providing process heat (co-firing) for industrial facilities.
EkoTech specializes in products and technologies for the conversion of Biomass into useful Energy. Our products and technologies are aimed at generation of bio-energy and Refuse Derived Fuels (RDF).
